Bonnie entered the real estate profession over thirty-eight years ago, having owned and operated her family-owned real estate company for thirteen years in Wisconsin. Bonnie achieved not only the “Leading Edge Society” which is the third nationally recognized sales group (includes only the top few percent of Prudential sales associates nationwide), she also was considered a “Top Producer” and award winner for Re/Max in Wisconsin just before starting Montana Homes & Land, LLC, in Bozeman in April of 1993. Bonnie is also currently licensed in the state of Florida as well.
Bonnie has been a court-appointed real-estate “expert” in courts of both Wisconsin and Montana. Just before his keynote speech in Reno, Nevada, in 1999, Bonnie had the honor of having Governor Thompson of Wisconsin thank her for her single-focused efforts which resulted in The Nature Conservancy announcing in their news release “the largest land acquisition in its Wisconsin history.” (Quincy Bluffs & Wetlands)
In May of 1999, Bonnie was a Montana delegate along with Judy Martz, Lieutenant Governor of Montana, to represent Women in Business in an international exchange with Japan. Bonnie met and established working relationships with trade specialists and business leaders in Japan. She is thrilled to be a part of this delegation and will be extending both the trade relations and personal relationships established for years to come.
A favorite statement of Bonnie’s is; “I am honored to be in this industry during what I feel is the most important decade for all of lifetime. It is not only being responsible for what we develop and sell, but for the preservation of the precious lands of Montana.” She is very proud to be a member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, providing both financial and active support in the preservation of land, including the vast acreage in Paradise Valley, Taylor’s Fork, and the Porcupine which are lands that act as buffer zones protecting the ecosystem of the Yellowstone.
“It takes long hours, hard work, and dedication to succeed in this business,” Bonnie relates, “But most of all you have to be service-minded. I care about my customers/clients. Their needs and wants are important and can’t be rushed. My time, integrity, doing what’s right by them, and my expertise are among the most valuable assets I can share.” Contact Bonnie by email or call (406) 586-7700 or 1-800-905-7701.
